What is ShopDezire's Free & Easy Returns policy?

 We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We assure you that all products sold on ShopDeZire are brand new and 100% genuine. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 10 days from the day of delivery.

 In case the product you have received from ShopDEzire.com is either 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', you can return the product you have purchased in its original condition as you received it, un-used along with its original invoice. Our Free & Easy Returns promise has got you covered.

 Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.

 How do I return an item purchased on ShopDeZire?

 Returns are easy, simply follow these steps: 

  • Please contact our customer service and provide Order ID details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. 

Who will bear the shipping Charges? 

  • We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
  • In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you are transferred to your account excluding
    • Shipping charges if applicable while purchasing the products.
    • Gift charges.
    • Any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us.
    • Custom duties and taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
    • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

 The Timeline within which Returns can be Made: 

  • Returns are covered by the Maximum 10 Days Replacement Guarantee for all sellers on ShopDeZire.
  • You must contact us within the defined period to initiate the return. Consider the date of delivery of the product or the date of actual receipt of product as the returns-date.
  • For details on Seller specific return policy, please check respective Seller page.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. 

All this is subject to the Seller's return policy. Returns are covered by the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee for all sellers on ShopDeZire. 

What is ShopDeZire's Free Replacement Guarantee? 

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you can return it to get a replacement at no extra cost within 10 days of delivery from all Sellers. Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost. 

Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement. 

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. 

Will there be a Refund or Replacement? 

  • Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange (only for Apparel and Footwear) or Refund, backed by the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee for all sellers on ShopDeZire.com.
  • We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.
  • Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.
  • In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.
  • In case of product return and replacement/ exchange is not possible, refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process. 

What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item? 

To provide highest standards of customer service and enable a completely hassle-free experience, we offer free replacement or return of the product. 

You may contact our Customer Care within 10 calendar days of having received the product and request a return/exchange. Customer Care will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. 

  • Please ensure that product is in un-used and original condition as you received it.
  • Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
  • Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
  • Mention the Return ID and on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
  • Please mention Seller's address as specified in the email notification sent to you.
  • Failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
  • In case your location supports reverse pickup, we shall be arranging a reverse pickup of the originally delivered products from your location free of cost.
  • At the time of collecting the products, you will be given a courier Airway Bill/Receipt/POD by courier personal, which we request you to retain for future reference.
  • In case reverse pickup is not possible from your location, we will request you to send the products to us or seller as applicable via courier on your own and we will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt or to the maximum of Rs 100.00.
  • Do retain the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid, it will be required to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.
  • Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as Seller receives the product from you.

The Articles or products that can’t be returned: 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, Jewellery & Clothing freebies and accessories.
  • Products that have been tampered with, missing serial numbers, opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, we won't be able to accept returns in the following categories:
    • Innerwear: Panties, Men’s briefs and socks.
    • Lingerie, Bikini, Swimwear
    • Nightwear with Briefs(G-Strings)
    • G-Strings & Thongs
    • Costumes
    • Contraceptives
    • Sexual Well-Being products
    • Cosmetics
    • Healthcare Equipments
    • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

    • Refunds would not be accepted for custom made, altered, stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
    • Made-to-order/custom Jewellery cannot be returned. 

What is Free Exchange? 

If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. In case of Sunglasses and Jewellery (only Rings and Bangles), exchange can be requested for size mismatch. All this again is at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller's Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange. 

What items can I Exchange? 

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice. 

We hope you understand that the product can only be used for trial and can’t be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. 

Is it possible to 'return' an eBook? 

If you have already purchased an eBook but don't have a compatible device to download and read it on, you can revoke the purchase under the 10 Day Cancellation & Refund Policy for eBooks. 

Cancellation and subsequent refund will also go through if we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the time you had reported the error. 

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do? 

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you. 

Can I return part of my order? 

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. 

Where can I find the Seller's Return Policy?

Please go to the product page, where you can see the respective policy against each Seller offering that product. 

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it? 

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. 

In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. 

If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately. 

 

Cancellation

However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 

Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. 

Cancellation by the Customer 

  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
  • Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
  • To cancel an order, Log into your ShopDeZire account and go to the 'My Orders' page.
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
  • In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.
  • You can also contact our Customer service to cancel the order. On receipt of your cancellation request or notice, we will ensure the cancellation and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us. 

Why do I see a disabled 'Cancel' link? 

A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things:

  • The item is being shipped together with another order of yours.
  • The item is non-refundable (eg. e-Gift Vouchers). 

In any of the above cases, you can get in touch with our Customer Support for more information. 

How long will it take to process my cancellation request? 

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. 

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier. 

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by ShopDeZire. 

Refunds 

  • Modes of Refund: We will refund the money in the same mode as originally to make the payment.  
    • If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
    • If the payment mode was Cheque or DD or COD, we will send you a Cheque (not a DD). Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
    • We can refund via NEFT directly to your bank account also.
    • Please note we will not be able to refund in cash.
    • In case you don't have bank account, you may opt for voucher which will be redeemable for any future shopping on our site within certain period.
    • Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take more time for the Cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the Cheque.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for eBooks? 

If you have already purchased an eBook but don't have a compatible device to download and read it on, you can revoke the purchase under the 10 Day Cancellation & Refund Policy for eBooks. 

Cancellation and subsequent refund will also go through if we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the the time you had reported the error. On a valid cancellation and refund request, we offer you ShopDeZire Wallet Credit (store credit), which can be used to place a fresh order. 

Are DigiFlip products covered under warranty? 

DigiFlip products sold on ShopDeZire by seller are covered under limited warranty. In case the product has any manufacturing defect, you can contact us within the specified warranty period for resolution. The warranty period may differ for each DigiFlip product. 

How do I claim warranty for a DigiFlip product? 

You can contact Customer Support in case of a defective DigiFlip product. You are required to provide the respective Order ID details. DigiFlip product warranty is valid only for the mentioned warranty period.
