Each order we receive will be processed within 48 hours, and you will hear from us at every step of the way- i.e.- when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. And of course, any questions along the way just contact our customer support and we will resolve your problem right there. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 4 to 7 days for other location. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to most cities across India and presently, we don't deliver items internationally. But you will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
- We ship items within 2-3 working days of order placement.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 3 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall Endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- There can be small variations in size definition across products. We recommend you use our size charts before placing your order.
- We don’t undertake any alteration of any product or items on request.
- PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to keep a photo copy of any of the following national approved photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery:
- Pan card
- Driving License
- Voter identification card
- Postal identification Card (Aadhar)
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care number 800 1800 102 or write to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the “Live Chat” option available on our website. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
1. In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/ net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
2. The delivery timeframe mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability of the product at the merchant, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You can rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at ShopClues.com. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at Customer Support.

Some Terms You Need To Know
'In Stock': For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
'Available': The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'Out of Stock': Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
'Imported': Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.
'Back In Stock Soon': The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.
'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.
'Permanently discontinued': This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
'Out of Print': This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
1. What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by the following factors:
- Product availability.
- Geographic location of the Seller.
- Your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
- The Seller offering the product.
- Product's availability with the Seller.
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself. If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:
- Whether the Seller ships to your location.
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
- At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. For example, we charges Rs 50 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Sellers to understand their delivery charges.
3. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on ShopDeZire?
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on ShopDeZire. List prices are final and all-inclusive. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.
4. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
5. When I last purchased the COD option was available, but now it has been taken off. Why?
It can happen for only 2 reasons, either our shipping partner has stopped COD service in your area or we have removed this shipping partner due to bad services. As a continued effort we keep trying to increase our COD coverage and hopefully we will start serving COD in your area soon. Until either happens, please pre-pay using either your credit/debit card or net-banking. Remember, we offer a no-risk 10-day return.
6. Whether my order is confirmed or not?
Please check your email you will receive an order confirmation email if your order is confirmed. You can also check your order status in “My Orders” by signing in with your email address.
7. Can I have my stuff delivered on a particular day?
We’ll certainly try, but we don’t promise.
8. My order is delayed. Where is it?
It is on its way. To check the latest status, please check the order details in the “My accounts page. There is a tracking link available. We also send you an “Order Shipped” email which also happens to contain a tracking link.
If you don’t find it and are really anxious, do send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll let you know where your order is.
9. How to apply the coupon code?
Coupon can be applied in the checkout page. Just click on “Have a coupon?” link and apply the coupon.You can apply ANY coupons that you might have ONLY while placing the order. We don’t give any discount at the time of delivery. Please check the terms and conditions of the coupon. In general, if you are buying a discounted product, we don’t honor coupons on those.
10. I want to change my delivery address.
Obviously, we can’t change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. You can call us if it’s not shipped out yet and we will help you out.
11. I want to return the product to get picked up at a different address from delivery address. Can I do that?
We pickup only from delivery address. In case the two places are nearby (we determine that), you can request the person who is picking up the item to pick it up from an alternate address. NOTE - we cant promise that this will work in all cases.
12. I chose the correct pin code but the city name selected is wrong.
Please click on the city box and we will show you the alternate cities. In the really rare case of your city not being present in this list please call us immediately.
13. I am going out of town; I want to change delivery date?
Please email us or call us. Again, this is one of those things where we will definitely try and do our best, but we don’t promise. In most cases our delivery boy will call before visiting you. Even if he misses you, we will try to deliver you the next day.
14. My pick up is pending, when I will receive my refund?
We can process your refund only after goods reach our warehouse. In case pick up is taking a lot of time you can always ship it back to us using a traceable courier or speed post. Note – We’ll pay you for the shipping.
15. What is the difference in size between slim fit and regular fit shirt?
Slim fits are for the leaner folks amongst us, or for those who like their clothes in a tighter fit. For others, regular fit is the way to go.
